Call our direct line or send a referral by email. No specific referral form is required, though GP or specialist referrals support Medicare rebate eligibility for your patient.

We schedule
We contact your patient directly to arrange the assessment, usually within 4 weeks.

We assess & report
A fully registered psychologist conducts the assessment and a detailed report is completed within 10 working days.
- 04
You receive the report
With the patient's consent, the report is provided to you and to the patient, ready for your consultation.
